ATLANTA-- The only woman on the Top 10 Most Wanted list is now in custody. After more than two years on the run, the Atlanta Police Department's fugitive squad and the FBI arrested Ward Tuesday.

Ward was wanted for the attempted murder of her ex-boyfriend on March 19, 2012 on Holly Street. He was shot one time in the chest and was put on a breathing tube to survive.

Atlanta Police say she was located in Claxton, Georgia working at a poultry plant. She was living in nearby Savannah. Police say the lead investigator continued to pursue the case over the last two years and is credited with tracking ward to Claxton.

She's charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and kidnapping.
