OGLETHORPE COUNTY, Ga. -- The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has taken a man into custody four years after they found his business partner's body in the bottom of a well.

Authorities arrested Victor Blockum for the 2012 murder of Monroe, Ga. banker, Charles Parker.

Instigators say Blockum and Parker were business partners who were trying to buy a poultry farm together. But in January 2012, Parker, who was last seen with Blockum, was reported missing.

Detectives found Parker's car and other belongings throughout Athens before finding his body in a well in February 2012.

An investigation led authorities to indict Blockum for Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, Armed Robbery, Hijacking a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Felony, and Concealing Death of Another. Authorities say more charges could be forthcoming.
