ATLANTA — Krispy Kreme is turning 82 this year and is celebrating by releasing a new doughnut and bringing back their BOGO $1 glazed doughnuts.
On July 15, 2019, the doughnut giant will be launching their new Original Filled Birthday Batter Doughnut. The new doughnut flavor will be in select doughnut shops throughout the United States, but only until Sunday, July 21, 2019.
Krispy Kreme says that their new treat will be filled with birthday cake batter, dipped in strawberry icing, and topped with sprinkles.
The company created a list of participating areas in Georgia where you can find the Birthday Batter doughnut.
However, the famous doughnut shop is not stopping there. To make their birthday even more special, the company is also bringing back their $1 glazed doughnut deal. When you buy one dozen doughnuts, you can get one dozen of Original Glazed doughnuts for $1. This deal will only last for the day of July 19, 2019.
