Police say an arrest has been made in a southwest Atlanta fatal shooting.
The shooting happened in the 1000 block of Sells Ave SW. on Wednesday.
Investigators said an argument led to the gunfire, and Carlos Simmons was killed.
On Friday, police said Justice Gibson had turned himself into authorities.
