BROOKHAVEN, Ga. -- A woman suffered severe burns to 60 percent of her body during a Clairmont Road apartment fire Saturday afternoon.
The fire happened at the Ivy Place Apartments.
The only item that caught on fire was the woman's bed, where she was found. No other units were damaged.
The cause is under investigation.
The woman was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.
