GILMER COUNTY, Ga. — Fire crews are currently battling a large house and woods fire in Gilmer County.
The blaze engulfed a home and the surrounding wooded area off Wolf Pen Drive.
Georgia Forestry and Gilmer County Fire and Rescue are on the scene working to contain the fire.
Forestry officials said they will remain at the scene for an extended period of time due to dry and windy conditions.
No injuries have been reported in the fire.
