Atlanta restaurants, this is a warning; the viral TikTok food reviewer Keith Lee has announced a redemption tour with the city in the trees at the top of the list.
This announcement was posted on Lee's TikTok profile on Friday night. The last time Lee graced the city, he placed Atlanta last of all the eight cities he'd visited.
"My biggest issue with Atlanta is that it was hard for us to get food," Lee said in 2023, adding that many restaurants had off-putting rules or poor customer service.
His last visit included:
- The Bodega on Main Street in College Park
- The Dining Experience in Fairburn
- The Real Milk and Honey on Main Street in College Park
- Juci Jerk Restaurant in Atlanta
- The Seafood Menu Restaurant and Takeout in Atlanta
- Atlanta Breakfast Club in Atlanta
And this year, Lee said he's bringing security.
"We come in peace. With that being said, we will be protected. It's people with us who are legal and licensed," Lee said in his TikTok about the 2024 tour. We don't want to have to use them, but we will. My family is going home safe, and I mean I with every bone in my body."
Following Lee and his family's last visit, they received an uproar of threats. For his next visit, Lee said he's going to all new restaurants and asking people and businesses to contact him.
"We'll see you again. We come in peace. We don't mean no harm," he said.
