ATLANTA — Gwinnett County Police announced on Monday that a missing 16-year-old returned home safely,
The police department previously asked for the public's help in finding the missing teenage girl who was last seen leaving high school and getting into an Uber.
Police said that the teenager left Collins Hill High School last Wednesday and hopped into an Uber near the school. She had not come back home or been seen at the school for days, police said.
The young woman was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a black top. She's 5-foot-7 and weighs around 150 pounds. Police said she is known to change her hairstyle frequently.
