South Georgia teen missing for five weeks believed to be traveling with woman in metro Atlanta area

Chinyere Campos disappeared from her Albany home on Feb. 26, according to The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

ATLANTA — An organization for missing children is asking for the public's help in finding a missing teen who disappeared five weeks ago. 

Chinyere Campos, 17, disappeared from her Albany home on Feb. 26, according to The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

The organization added Campos is believed to be traveling with a woman in the metro Atlanta area.

Campos is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 117 pounds. She also has brown eyes and brown hair, according to a poster.

The poster also stated that although she disappeared in Albany, Cobb County Police are also interested in her whereabouts. 

Anyone who knows any information about Campos' whereabouts should contact the organization at 1-800-843-5678 or the Cobb County Police Department at  770-499-3900.
