CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — A Clayton County woman who left home at 6:45 a.m. on Saturday is now the focus of a Mattie's Call since she hasn't returned.

The call, reserved for the elderly and those with disabilities, was applied to the search for 24-year-old Joyhtoya Carter due to a mental disorder and the fact that she has not taken her medication.
