ROSWELL, Ga. -- Police have arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault that happened last week.
Izet Dedic has been charged with sexual battery. Police said Dedic came to police after seeing a composite sketch that resembled him in connection with the case.
The incident happened on Monday, July 16, around 11 am, when police responded to a call from a woman who said she'd been touched inappropriately.
The victim told police she patronized the park regularly and was familiar with the suspect.
On the day in question, however, the suspect approached her and starting asking personal questions that made her uncomfortable. When she tried to depart, the suspect reached around and physically grabbed and groped her. The victim was able to get away and call 911.
