A 17-year-old boy was arrested after two days of allegedly masturbating in front of other students at a Gwinnett County School.
According to a Lilburn Police report obtained by 11Alive, Gwinnett School Police said Thursday marked the second day in a row they'd received complaints about a male masturbating in public. Both days, female students at Berkmar made the complaints.
According to the 15-year-old girls, they were walking towards the parking lot when they saw Kieran Dietz "sitting on the ground with his penis in his hand manipulating it". The girls said when they realized what was happening, they looked away and hurried past him.
According to the girls, Dietz called out to them saying, "don't hide your face come here" and "come on ladies I could use some help". When the girls declined, he persisted saying, "come on, you know you want to." The girls reported it to a teacher.
When asked if he wanted to explain what happened, Dietz told police he wanted a lawyer. He was charged with child molestation and public indecency.
Dietz was released on a bond of $55,800.
