Here's which Georgia BBQ joint is the best in the state for second year in a row

Hint: It's an Atlanta favorite.

ATLANTA — A Georgia BBQ joint has defeated its mouthwatering competitors for the second year in a row, according to Southern Living, reclaiming the title of best restaurant for barbeque in the Peach State

Southern Living ranked the best barbecue joints in each state across the South based on a survey of readers' opinions.

In Georgia, Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q came out on top once again. In 2007, twin brothers Justin and Jonathan Fox, who are originally from Texas, introduced Atlantans to Texas heat and southern spice.

What started out as small backyard gatherings with family and friends quickly grew to the brothers opening their own restaurant.

"Justin and Jonathan were homesick for Texas-style barbecue and after being unable to find the flavors they grew up with, the twin brothers decided to take matters into their own hands," their website states.
