ATLANTA — A man was found shot on the sidewalk early Monday morning in West Midtown.
A call came in for police to respond to an address on Marietta Street just south of the busy Howell Mill Road artery. Officers who responded found a male victim on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound.
Police believe he may have been dropped off there by a car and that the shooting itself may have occurred at a separate location.
The shooting is under investigation. There was no word on the condition of the man.
