An incident report says that trauma was possibly the result of gunshots.

Additionally, it says the Fulton County Medical Examiner observed "multiple gunshot wounds" to the man's "torso, face and legs."

An official cause of death will still need to be determined through an autopsy.

The incident report also reveals the body was found wrapped in a blanket.

Neither police nor the medical examiner's office has released the name of the victim or whether they know who he is.

The agencies also haven't suggested how long the body had been there.
