ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating after a 70-year-old woman was shot and another woman was hit by a car late Tuesday night.
According to APD, it happened in the 300 block of James P. Brawley Drive NW near the Bankhead area.
Authorities said the woman was hit as a car was driving away from the gunfire. The woman who was hit by the car is in critical condition right now.
Investigators believe both of the women were innocent bystanders.
Police said this investigation is ongoing.
