Atlanta Police seek identity of suspect seen on surveillance video damaging, entering cars at Planet Fitness

Police said the incident happened on Dec. 7, 2022.

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying a suspect seen on surveillance video breaking into vehicles in a Planet Fitness parking lot.

The incident in question stems from Dec. 7, when a suspect was spotted on surveillance cameras damaging and entering several cars at 854 Oak Street SW in Atlanta.

Police released the following surveillance video of the suspect: 

The suspect's vehicle is listed as a silver Honda CRV with Florida tag number LCYD28. Police believe multiple people may still using this vehicle to commit similar crimes. They also stated they may have switched or removed their license plate.

Anyone with information is encouraged to submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477 or online at www.StopCrimeAtl.org. There is currently a $2,000 reward leading to an arrest and indictment of the suspect.
