BROOKHAVEN, Ga. — A construction worker is hurt after a trench collapsed in Brookhaven Thursday afternoon, according to Brookhaven Police and DeKalb Fire officials.
North Druid Hills Road was shut down between Apple Valley Road and Peachtree Road in Brookhaven for several hours.
DeKalb Fire said crews were dispatched around 1 p.m. to 3999 Peachtree Road, which appears to be the construction site of Brookhaven's new City Hall, across from Brookhaven Plaza.
