HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. — One man is dead after a propane explosion in Warner Robins according to Coroner James Williams.
He says on Friday the Warner Robins Police Department, fire department and Houston County EMS responded to the 200 block of Tabor Drive around 11:20 a.m. in reference to an explosion.
When they got there members of the local motorcycle club were cooking for a fundraiser event when a propane grill exploded.
The explosion injured four people. Two were taken to Atrium Health Navicent in Macon.
One of those victims died of his injuries.
That man has been identified as 67-year-old Jonnie Lane Probert of Byron.
Williams says the conditions of the other three victims are unknown at this time.
