Brush fire on I-75 South prompts traffic delays

BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. — A brush fire on I-75 South near Glade Road in Bartow County is prompting traffic delays Thursday afternoon.

11Alive's traffic expert, Crash Clark, said the backups are in both directions for several miles along I-75, just before Highway 92. GDOT511 shows crews responding to the scene and a lot of smoke billowing over the interstate.

Drivers are advised to use SR 3/US 41 South as an alternate route.
