Another warm day with highs in the upper 80s. Some extra cloud cover and breezy conditions will make it a little more comfortable outside.
A few isolated showers may develop in NE GA but today will be drier than Saturday.
A cold front moves through the northern half of the state bringing some widely scattered showers and storms, a 30-40% chance of rain.
Temperatures cool into the middle 80s for highs
After that "cool down" we enter a hot, stagnant period with temperatures slowly rising daily reaching the middle 90s by next weekend.
We will keep watching the trends with the coming heat wave. We may be setting record highs this week and this upcoming weekend.
