ATLANTA — A deadly shooting in East Point has led to an arrest, police said Sunday night.
The shooting occurred Sunday night at a recording studio located at 1337 Cleveland Avenue. A man was shot and died from his injuries, police said. In a Monday update, the Fulton County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 31-year-old Tamunomiete Jim-Lawson from Atlanta.
Authorities said another man was arrested on the scene and has since been taken to jail. Police believe the two individuals involved knew each other.
