DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — Investigators are searching for two missing teens they say haven't been seen in several days.

While they haven't outright said if their disappearances were related, authorities released the names and photos of 14-year-old Kamya and 15-year-old Kyla Jones at the same time Thursday morning in hopes that someone may have seen them.

According to a release from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Kamya was last seen on May 31 in Douglasville. Investigators didn't have a clothing description but said that she is about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Kyla was last seen on May 20 in Macon. She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 110 pounds and also has brown hair and brown eyes.

Investigators said both teens appear to have left on their own. Authorities said they have tried to exhaust all other leads before releasing information about them but have yet to find either girl.

Now, they're hoping anyone with information on either teen will call Investigator Darrell Black at 770-920-4914 or 770-949-5656. Black can also be contacted at dblack@sheriff.douglas.ga.us.
