ATLANTA — A man riding a scooter in Midtown Atlanta was hit by an RV and killed Saturday afternoon, police said.
Atlanta Police said the man was hit at the intersection of Spring Street NW and 16th Street NW around 5:40 p.m.
Police said the man was riding the scooter through the intersection when a 2008 Newmar Essex RV mobile home was driving south on Spring Street NW and making a right turn onto 16th Street NW when the RV collided with the man on the scooter.
APD also said that charges are not anticipated in this incident.
