DULUTH, Ga. — A tense moment in Duluth is over after police say a barricaded suspect was taken into custody Thursday night.
In a tweet just after 9 p.m., police said the incident was still unfolding in the 3300 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
Just after 10 p.m., the department confirmed the person was in custody and that no one - including officers - was injured.
Details about the barricaded person are still limited and police haven't yet said how the situation started or if the person was armed. It's unclear if SWAT officers were called to the scene.
