GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — UPDATE: All lanes are now clear.
Police said that a vehicle had been abandoned in the HOT lane. When a second vehicle came driving down the interstate, it struck the abandoned car, causing the driver to lose control.
Officers add that the driver's vehicle then overturned and struck a third car.
The driver of the car which overturned was taken to Northside Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
All lanes of I-85 northbound were shut down in Gwinnett County due to a wreck Wednesday morning.
This is happening just past Duluth Highway.
