Here's a look inside SoFi stadium ahead of the Georgia-TCU game

It's the calm before the storm.

ATLANTA — We're moments away from kickoff in the highly-anticipated match up between the Georgia Bulldogs and the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs for all the marbles in the 2023 National Championship.

11Alive Sports' Reggie Chatman caught the final moments before the game, ahead of the Dawgs and the Horned Frogs taking the field at SoFi stadium in Inglewood, California. The stadium is home to the NFL L.A. Rams and L.A. Chargers.

Kickoff is set for 7:45 p.m., after ESPN's broadcast begins at 7:30.

The Dawgs landed in the final after a storybook ending to the Peach Bowl -- with Ohio State missing a field goal kick in the final seconds of the match as the clock struck midnight to ring in the New Year.

Meanwhile, TCU pulled off a stunning upset against Michigan the same day in the Fiesta Bowl, heading into the championship as the longshot underdog.

The final matchup -- in SoFi Stadium right outside of Los Angeles -- will be one for the books, with much of the sports world waiting to see if the Horned Frogs can pull off another upset against the Bulldogs, or if UGA can become one of the few to pull off back-to-back Championship wins.

The game airs exclusively on ESPN, however, if you do not have cable, you have a handful of other options to watch on streaming platforms. You may have to pay, though. Click here for more.

The CFP National Championship game between Georgia and TCU kicks off at 7:30 p.m. EST on Monday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. From Athens to Los Angeles, 11Alive is bringing you complete coverage in the Dawgs' quest to repeat as champions. Visit 11alive.com/bulldogs for more.
